 The Victoria Jalissa Bradsher Daniel Scholarship, established in 2018 by her co-workers at Orange County Child Support Services, honors Victoria’s memory and celebrates her commitment to youth, her community, and her alma-mater, Elizabeth City State University.
​This $500 scholarship is available to Person High School graduating seniors planning to attend Elizabeth City State University,  North Carolina Central University, or North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University.
​Applicants will complete an application and interview process where good moral character, academics, financial need, community service, and leadership, are considerations.

Victoria Jalissa Bradsher Daniel Scholarship Criteria

The Victoria Jalissa Bradsher Daniel Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established to encourage a graduate of Person High School to pursue furthering his/her post-secondary education at  Elizabeth City State University,  North Carolina Central State University, or North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University.
​This student should exhibit:
  • Good moral character
  • Financial need
  • Community service
  • Leadership
  • Academic standing
About Victoria
Victoria Jalissa Bradsher Daniel
August 12, 1991 - April 14, 2018

Mrs. Victoria Jalissa Bradsher Daniel grew up in Person County, NC and attended South
Elementary School, Southern Middle School and was a 2009 graduate of Person High
School. In 2012 she graduated from Elizabeth City State University with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Criminal Justice and was working as a Child Support Officer at
Orange County Child Support Services.

​In 2019, Victoria’s co-workers at Orange County Support Services established the
Victoria Jalissa Bradsher Daniel Memorial Scholarship to honor her memory
and to celebrate her commitment to youth, her community, and her alma-mater
Elizabeth City State University.
