The David and Dr. Vickie Tribble Scholarship was established to encourage Person County high school graduates to pursue post-secondary education.

This $500 scholarship is available to students who are U.S. citizens, and are graduating from any Person County private or public high school, qualified home school authorized by the NC Division of Non-Public Education, or a NC Free Public Residential high school.  ​

TRIBBLE SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA

Eligibility:

• Applicants who are Person County residents graduating from one of the following:
  
  • Person High School
    
  • PECIL
    
  • Roxboro Community School
    
  • A NC Free Public Residential High School
    
  • A Qualified Home School authorized by the NC Division of Non-Public Education
    

Evaluation Criteria:

• NOTE: Applicants will be required to submit an additional essay during the online application process
