2020 Scholarship Recipients

Thank you to all students and their families, for the thought, time and effort invested in submitting an application for one of our Scholarships. The PCEF scholarship committee takes pride in reviewing the many applications they receive, and it was certainly a difficult process for the committee to make selections from so many worthy applicants. We appreciate your patience as navigated through the challenges of learning to review and meet following the rules of social distancing .
PCEF received approximately 60 scholarship applications in total, and we would have been proud to support every one. Many families have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and PCEF understands that the support they receive through scholarships have become crucial to their student’s success.
This year, PCEF has established 4 new scholarships for graduating Seniors. We are excited to be awarding 18 scholarships to Person County students totaling $58,000, 5 of these scholarships are renewable for additional years. Thank you to all of our scholarship donors whose generosity creates the opportunity for students to fulfill their dreams! Not only are you investing in their education today, but you are expanding their options for success tomorrow.
